Mark Tipton State Farm is a small business assisting people in the greater St. Louis Metro area with their insurance and financial service needs. We have offices in both St. Louis South County and St. Charles County. We are customer-centric, do rewarding work and have a fun office environment.

As a member of our agency team, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm insurance and financial services. This position will allow you the opportunity to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a small business owner as a State Farm agent yourself.
Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Meet mutually agreed upon production and marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated
- People oriented
- Hard working
- Coachable
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
